1. Purpose

These terms apply to all orders placed on avitasunkits.shop.

2. Products

Solar kits are described carefully. Performance depends on orientation, sunlight, connection and actual use.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. The price confirmed at checkout applies to the order.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer. Where available, the customer may choose payment in 2 installments. Orders are prepared after payment receipt and verification.

5. Delivery

Delivery is arranged after payment confirmation. Timeframes are indicative and may vary by carrier, availability and destination.

6. Withdrawal

Consumers have a legal 14-day withdrawal period, except for legal exceptions such as customised, installed or used products.

7. Warranty

Products benefit from legal warranties and, where applicable, manufacturer warranties.
