Terms and conditions
These terms govern sales made on avitasunkits.shop by IDROLIRI S.R.L. under the AVITASUN KITS trade name.
1. Products
Products are described with their essential characteristics. Photos and performance estimates are indicative where accuracy depends on external conditions.
2. Prices and taxes
The applicable prices are those displayed and confirmed before the order is submitted. Taxes, shipping charges and any additional fees are shown before the customer is bound.
3. Order and payment
The customer reviews the order summary before confirmation. The order becomes final according to the selected payment method and, where required, after payment validation.
4. Shipping
Destinations, costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Special conditions may apply to heavy or palletised goods and are shown before confirmation.
5. Right of withdrawal
For EU distance contracts with consumers, a 14-day withdrawal right generally applies from receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.
6. Legal guarantee
Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantees applicable to consumer goods. In the EU, the legal protection is at least two years from delivery, without prejudice to more favourable national rules.

8. Applicable law
The contract is governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by applicable rules in their country of residence.
9. Dispute resolution
Customers may use applicable complaint procedures and competent alternative dispute resolution bodies. The former EU ODR platform is no longer in service.
